Your safety,
witnessed.
One tap captures the photo, locks the GPS, hashes it, and seals it with AES-256 — before your hand is back in your pocket. The key never leaves your device. Neither do your photos, unless you say so.

Your safety,
witnessed.
A camera app that seals every photo the moment you take it — so later it can prove it was not edited, and that it happened where and when it says.
Free to try for 7 days · Made in Malaysia- 0.8stap to sealed
- AES-256key stays on your phone
- 5people per subscription
How it works
- 01 One tap. No framing, no preview to approve — the shutter fires the moment the camera is ready.
- 02 Where and when go in. Written into the record at the shutter, not typed in afterwards. If your location is off the photo is still sealed; it is simply recorded as having no coordinates.
- 03 Sealed on your phone. Fingerprinted, then encrypted with a key kept in your phone's keystore. Change one pixel later and the seal breaks visibly.
- 04 Your people are told. Up to four others get the time and the place the moment you capture, and can open the shared album.
Not a photo.
A record.

All of it fixed at the moment the shutter fired, not typed in afterwards. Export the photo and whoever you hand it to can check those for themselves.
Why it holds up
The morning after, what you are holding either proves itself or it doesn't.
- Can be edited and re-saved, and nobody can tell
- Where and when is just your word
- Sits in the gallery of whoever picks up the phone
- Fingerprinted the instant it is taken
- Place and time are locked inside the seal
- Encrypted with a key only your phone holds
- Exports as a file police, lawyers or insurers can check
We do not claim any photo will be accepted by a court.
Five people,
one subscription.
You plus four. They join with an invite code and pay nothing. The moment you capture, their phones show who, where and when — and a tap opens the shared album.
GOTCHA-CAM
A small camera you leave behind, for the rooms you are not in. No wi-fi, no cloud account, no login — it talks only to your phone over Bluetooth, and refuses every command until the phone proves it holds the key printed on the camera's own QR sticker. What it captures joins the same sealed chain.
- PairingScan the QR on the camera
- LinkBluetooth only
- CapturesPhotos, on demand or on a timer
- AvailabilityIn development — not on sale
- 7 days free, then RM 5 a month
- Unlimited sealed capture, works offline

- ✗ Focus 4.0s
Four seconds you don't have, with hands that aren't steady, in the one moment that will matter later.
And when it's over, the photo sits in your camera roll — unsigned, undated, deniable.
So the last two
never happen.
One tap goes straight to the shutter — it fires the instant the camera is ready. You never frame, and you never see a preview you have to approve. What follows the tap is identical on both platforms.
- Android
- Quick-settings tile, with the phone still locked. Nothing becomes readable until you unlock.
- iOS
- In beta. Apple reserves lock-screen capture for its own camera, so the shutter is one unlock away.
For the rooms
you're not in.
GOTCHA-CAM is a matchbox-sized camera you leave somewhere. No wi-fi, no cloud account, no login. It talks to your phone over Bluetooth and refuses every command until the phone proves it holds the key printed on the camera's own QR sticker. Its captures join the same sealed chain.
Three phones
light up.
Whichever lens captured it, everyone in your circle gets a high-priority alert — who, where, what time — and a tap takes them straight to the shared album. They see a thumbnail. The full frame stays sealed with your key.
A photo can lie.
A record can't.
The morning after, what you hold either proves itself or it doesn't. Side by side, here is the difference.
- Can be edited, filtered and re-saved — and nobody can tell
- Where and when it happened is just your word
- Sits in the gallery of whoever picks up the phone
- In a dispute, it's your story against theirs
- Sealed the instant it's taken — change one pixel and the seal visibly breaks
- Place and time are locked inside the seal, not typed in later
- Encrypted on your phone with a key only your phone holds
- Exports as a case file police, lawyers and insurers can check for themselves

Made in Malaysia · Export always free · No ads, everThe things people
actually ask.
Can I download it now?
Yes — GOTCHA is live on the App Store and Google Play. The first seven days are free; after that it is RM 5 a month for five people. GOTCHA-CAM, the separate camera, is still in development.
Does it record video or sound?
No. GOTCHA captures photos only. There is no video recording and no audio recording, on the phone or on the camera.
Can you see my photos?
No. They are encrypted on your phone before anything leaves it, with a key held in your device's keystore that never reaches us. The honest cost: lose the phone without saving your recovery code and nobody can open your cloud backups, including us.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Capturing, fingerprinting and sealing all happen on the phone with no connection. Captures upload themselves once you are back online — nothing is lost offline.
What if I don't allow location access?
The photo is still captured and still sealed. It is recorded as having no coordinates rather than being given false ones. Only camera access is actually required.
How do I give evidence to police, a lawyer or an insurer?
You export it. The export carries the untouched original and the fingerprint taken at capture, so they can check for themselves that it has not been altered. Nothing leaves your phone unless you send it — there is no portal and no back door.
How do I cancel?
In your Google Play or App Store subscription settings, any time. Export stays free whether you are subscribed or not — we never hold evidence hostage.
GOTCHA-CAM,
when it ships.
The app is out. The camera you leave behind is still being built — one email when it is ready, and nothing else. Your address goes to nobody.
